Rome, WI is a golfer's paradise.

The established Lake Arrowhead courses, Pines and Lakes. The Pines course at Lake Arrowhead tends to be the local favorite. The Lakes course opened in 1998, sixteen years after the Pines course. The Lakes course is more the challenging of the two at Lake Arrowhead, featuring tree-lined fairways, undulating greens, strategic bunkering, subtle but effective changes in elevation and, as its name implies, plenty of lakes and water hazards (seven significant ponds come in to play) throughout its modern design.

Sand Valley Golf Resort joined the Midwest golfers paradise in 2017. Most recently added The Commons course bringing a total 101 holes. With the Sand Valley addition, the Town of Rome has become a sought after golf destination for avid golfers with seven distinct golf experiences within three square miles.

The entrance to Sand Valley golf heaven is very close to the cabin. It is a quick 3 minute drive time!
